We are the starting point for Daisy the vegetable cow to begin her journey around the city raising money and awareness for the school lunch program. Daisy will be with us for a week or so as she works hard to bring about change. Her goal to bring organic milk into lunch rooms in San Diego. A great movement represented by an amazing group of folks in our local chapter. I can't say enough about how unique the group is and how passionate our San Diego Urban organizers are about the cause. We held a mixer for the group at the start of this month and the came out in mass, we had a packed house. A few of our suppliers were here to show their goods and of course our favorite...Suzie's Farm.
Most recently we worked together on a Healthy Meals / Healthy Kids project with Chef Ann Cooper, Whole Foods and Albert Einstein Academies. You will soon see a round up of that 2-day event, it was awesome...stay tuned.

Alchemy is proud to host five top notch winemakers from Paso Robles on Tuesday February 23rd for a wine pairing event beginning at 6:00pm. We will offer 5 courses of our cuisine paired with 5 wines from the following wineries: Hope Family, Lone Madrone, Aglim, Caliza and Clayhouse.
The event will be a combination of a seated three course tasting menu and a time to mingle with the winemakers while sipping and munching from tray passed appetizers and desserts.
