The fourth of July was a blast at Alchemy. We gave the staff the day off and my business partner and I worked the room from the bar to the dining room. Our chef, Ricardo Heredia and Sous Chef Jeremy Reid came in to cook off an amazing BBQ for the day made up of Southern favorites. We had Carolina Ribs, Texas Jerk Chicken and Pulled Pork Sandwiches with corn on the cob and potato salad to boot. We served some good 'ol American beer and whiskey. The guests were great from our neighborhood and beyond. Here are a couple photos. It was a little windy outside. Picnic style !!
