alchemy is having an awsome week...

On Tuesday we took a group of students from our neighboring school to the coolest farm in San Diego, Suzie's Farm in Imperial Beach.  We have some photos in development, more to come on the whole student program we are doing with The Albert Einstein Academy and their Alice Waters Edible Schoolyard grant.

Also this week, we hosted the AIWF for a wine pairing dinner on Monday.  They menu was super and the wines paired very nicely with Chef Ricardo's creations.  Here is the menu:
